Honestly, I would say the worst anime would probably be Pupa. Gross visuals and sound design, siblings that are way too close for comfort, weird-ass story that makes no sense, genuine incest because the cells of the sister are mixed with the cells of the brother and put into another woman (I still don't know why they did this) and a final episode that was pretty much just a slice of life that brought nothing to the table. It's gross and more ways than one and the only thing that is actually decent would have to be the backgrounds in art style considering that it's kind of unique but the content of the anime give me the chills every time I think of it.

Maybe don't be trans 😮
